Sharjah Govt Entities and Hotels Offer Huge Discounts for Frontline Heroes

Several government institutions and hotels in Sharjah have launched an unprecedented campaign of discounts for Frontline Heroes who are battling the COVID-19 pandemic. The initiative is in collaboration with the Frontline Heroes Office to celebrate the noble efforts of Frontline Heroes in preserving the safety and wellbeing of the United Arab Emirates’ population.

The campaign, which will continue until the end of December 2021, acknowledges the bravery and selfless efforts of Frontline Heroes and is supported by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA), Sharjah Ladies Club, and Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority in cooperation with a number of its hospitality sector partners including Sheraton Sharjah Resort and Spa, Al Majaz Premier Hotel Apartments, Centro Sharjah Hotel, Royal Grand Hotel Suites, Pullman Hotel, Novotel Hotel and Four Points by Sheraton Hotel.

Frontline Heroes can get discounts up to 40 per cent on hotel stays and, various facilities and services.

Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq)

Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) offers a wide range of discounts that vary from 15% to 40% across its leisure and hospitality destinations in Sharjah, including Mleiha Archaeological and Eco-tourism Project, Al Noor Island, Heart of Sharjah, Al Montazah Parks, Sharjah Citysight Seeing Tours, The Chedi Al Bait Sharjah, and the three Sharjah Collection properties – Mysk Kingfisher Retreat, Mysk Al Faya Retreat, and Mysk Al Badayer Retreat.

As a token of appreciation of the continued sacrifices of UAE’s frontline heroes, Shurooq offerings for the frontline workers includes access to Mleiha Archaeological and Eco-tourism, a destination that is surrounded by towering sand dunes and the red-hued, iron-rich Hajar Mountains. Offers vary from a 20% discount on Mleiha Non-Exclusive Sunset Lounge, Adventure Package, Hack (Horse Riding) Public, Horseback Arena Ride, Archaeological Centre (Museum), Survive The Sands, Jebel Buhais Trek, Mleiha Landscapes, Stargazing at the Centre, Mleiha Archaeological Tour, Mleiha Extreme and Buggy Adventure.

Sharjah’s first amusement and water park, Al Montazah Parks also offers a 25% discount. Sharjah Ladies Club

Sharjah Ladies Club is offering 15% discounts on all facilities and some services targeting Frontline Heroes and is valid until the end of 2021.

The discounts cover all of the Club’s facilities, including: Orchid Beauty Boutique, Lafeef Restaurant, Dalouk Wellness Spa, Collage Café, Kunooz Events and Catering, Collage Talent Center, Skate Café, Fitness 180^o Center and the Sports Complex, in addition to memberships packages of Sharjah Ladies Club, Library membership, and annual/six-month pool membership.

Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA)

Sharjah’s Environment and Protected Areas Authority is offering nominal entry prices for its various centres and nature reserves, set at AED 10 for adults, and free entry for those under the age of 13.

Discounts for Frontline Heroes include Desert Park Centres, including Natural History and Botanical Museum, the Islamic Garden, Children’s Farm and the Arabian Wildlife Centre.

The list of discounts also includes Wasit Wetland Centre, Buhais Geology Park, Al Dhaid Wildlife Centre, Kalba Birds of Prey Centre, and Al Hefaiyah Mountain Conservation Centre.

Hotels

Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, in cooperation with Seven Hotel establishments in the Emirate, has unveiled a special package of up to 40% off for Frontline Heroes.

The Sheraton Sharjah Resort and Spa is offering 30% discount on hotel room rates, food and beverages, in addition to free coupons on the purchase of a one-day pool and beach ticket.

The Centro Sharjah Hotel is offering up to 20% discount on the best available rate for hotel rooms as well as the food and beverage bill.

Royal Grand Hotel Suites is offering special discounts on room rates ranging from AED 130 to 160, and a 40% discount on the total food and beverage menu in addition to offering all hotel facilities free of charge with every reservation, and a special rate of AED 40 per person on all hotel facilities (spa, swimming pool and gym etc.).

Al Majaz Premier Hotel Apartments is offering a 15% discount on the best available rates for hotel rooms, 10% on the lunch and dinner buffet, special rates for facilities (spa, swimming pool and gym), a 15% discount on health club membership, and a 10% discount on meetings and event rooms.

Novotel Hotel is also offering special discounts for Frontline Heroes with discounted rates for hotel rooms starting from AED 159, including breakfast for two people, and a 25% discount on food and beverage bills. The Pullman Hotel is offering a 20% discount including on lounge membership.

Sports, swimming pool and party halls

Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is also offering a discounted price package for Frontline Heroes and their families including a net price of AED 120 for hotel rooms, and the price of a comprehensive room for two plus meals would be AED 199 (double accommodation).

The offer allows an upgrade to the suite at a value of AED 199 including breakfast, while the price of the suite with an all-inclusive stay is AED 280 (double accommodation), and children under 12 years stay for free.

The percentage of food and beverage discount is as much as 40%. Entertainment discount rate is 25%. Discounts will be valid until the end of 2021.
