Submission of the application and documents through the electronic system online
Verification of the data received by the Authority staff
Conduct a visit to the hotel facility, classify it, and prepare the report for discussion with the facility’s management for approval
Approval of the new classification
Issuance of a classification certificate and a rating plate
Change the classification category if the conditions are met
Commercial license
2000 dirhams to reclassify the facility
3500 dirhams to raise or lower the rating category
Submit a rating change request
