Issuing initial Approval for the construction of a hotel or hotel apartments that provide guest accommodation services and other services that follow which conform to the classification standards of the Emirate of Sharjah for all classification categories based on the request of individuals and investors.

Valid passport copy of the applicant / applicants (if the owner is an institution or company )
A valid trade license
A copy of the valid national identity
A copy of the building plan, size A2
Original copy size A3 or CD – ROM of map plot and title deed of the land
A letter of undertaking from the owner not to carry out activities on receipt of the license, only after addressing the Authority (in the event of a first time application )
1300 dirhams and other fees – 20 dirhams
