Valid passport copy of the applicant / applicants (if the owner is an institution or company)

The trade license

A copy of the valid national identity 

A copy of the General Manager’s passport and academic qualifications or a certificate of experience in the tourism field of not less than three years + a copy of the ID

A summary of the sites and tours provided by the office or to be provided for tourists in the Emirate of Sharjah
